Cancellation & Refund Policy
Comfort Istanbul Travel
At Comfort Istanbul Travel, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested for airport transfers, private tours, chauffeur services, and other travel-related services.
Airport Transfers
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Airport Pickup Waiting Time
For airport arrival transfers, the maximum complimentary waiting time is 1 hour and 45 minutes after the aircraft has landed.
Passengers are responsible for completing immigration, baggage collection, customs procedures, and meeting the driver within this period.
If passengers do not arrive at the meeting point within the waiting period and do not maintain communication with our team, the service may be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Hotel Pickup Waiting Time
For hotel-to-airport transfers, passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Our vehicles will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
If passengers are not ready within this period, the service may be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Private Tours
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Vehicle Assignment
Comfort Istanbul Travel reserves the right to provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle when operational requirements, availability, maintenance, traffic conditions, or other circumstances require vehicle substitutions.
Vehicle models displayed on the website are representative examples and may vary depending on operational conditions.
Pricing Errors
While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, technical errors, system malfunctions, exchange rate issues, or website calculation errors may occasionally result in incorrect prices being displayed.
If an incorrect price is identified, Comfort Istanbul Travel reserves the right to contact the customer within 24 hours of the reservation being made to correct the pricing.
In such cases, the customer may either:
- Accept the corrected price and proceed with the reservation, or
- Cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of any payment made.
Changes to Reservations
Customers may request changes to pickup times, flight information, or service details. We will do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability.
Flight Delays
For airport transfers, we monitor flight arrivals whenever possible. Delays caused by airlines do not automatically result in cancellation fees.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and credit card companies.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- No-show by the customer
- Failure to arrive at the airport meeting point within the waiting period
- Failure to be ready at the hotel pickup time
- Incorrect booking information provided by the customer
- Cancellation after the applicable cancellation period
- Services already provided
